I just wanted to send a note to let you know how much I appreciate your online store. I do a lot of buying online and what I’m discovering is that more and more places don’t have great customer service, but you do. I’m encountering more issues where sites are set up to advertise items that they don’t actually have, and that you have to wait up to 30 days to receive. I am a repeat customer of your store and I have never had a bad experience. In this day and age where it seems nobody seems to be accountable I find your business to be a breath of fresh air. I love the story you have on your “About Us” page on your site. Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged to items shipped to a Massachusetts address.

Damages or defects
It’s important to note that many of our items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, so colors or finishes may vary. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. A picture of your damage or defect may be required. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization.

Farmhouse Wares does its best to ensure your products arrive safely and correctly.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you a merchandise refund. Just send new and unused returns within 30 days after receiving your purchase. Simply call 866-567-7958 or email for your authorization and further instructions. Please note: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damages or errors on our part. Sale items, special orders, or previously used items are non-returnable.

We are happy to include a gift card with your order at no additional charge. Just enter your message during the checkout process after you've entered shipping and billing information. Click here for more information.

Farmhouse Wares makes ordering online safe and secure. We protect your information by using SSL Secure Certificate to encrypt all your personal data. Encryption safeguards your data from hackers while it is in transit to and from this site.

Collection of Information and Use
We collect personal data, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and to help us assist in order processing.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. We provide information to outside companies that assist us in our efforts to keep you informed. For example, we may work with an outside company to manage a database of customer information for mailings and other promotional campaigns. Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order is received.
Orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS (We regret we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.)

Delivery Surcharges
Some larger items may cost more to ship. When this is the case, you will see the surcharge listed by the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the regular delivery charges listed above.

International Shipments
We regret we cannot currently process international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tracking a Package
Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a UPS tracking number with a link to the UPS website will be emailed and listed in your account information. Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking details for your package.
