The Apothecary Jar Candles add a vintage touch, while the scents transport you to another place and time. The ethereal glow of the candle’s flicker through the amber glass adds to the redolent ambiance. The Apothecary is a line of candles inspired by patent medicines of the 1800s. Without having any proof to their claims, charlatans and faux “doctors” were able to travel from town to town selling their snake oils, nostrums, and miracle cure-alls.
Elixir: The Elixir candle has top notes of pomegranate and orange, mid-notes of cherry blossoms and opium poppies, and is rounded out with a blend of black peppercorn, cardamom, and coca. It reminds us of Daffodils and spring flowers.
Salve: The Salve candle is a blend of blood orange, bergamot, and grapefruit. It features base notes of woodsy Ylang Ylang to round out the scent with a refreshing, green feeling.
Soothing Syrup: The Soothing Syrup candle is a blend of sweet golden honey combined with the warm nutty scent of raw almond.
