Returns
Farmhouse Wares does its best to ensure your products arrive safely and correctly.


If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you a merchandise refund. Just send new and unused returns within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Simply email us at customercare@farmhousewares.com for your authorization and further instructions. Please note: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the cost of return shipping fees with the exception of damages or errors on our part. Sale items, special orders, or previously used items are non-returnable.

Damages or defects
It’s important to note that many of our items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, so colors or finishes may vary. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. A picture of your damage or defect may be required. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required.
