SHIPPING

The map below indicates the approximate number of business days for your order to be delivered once it has shipped. Most orders ship in 1-2  business days. Please note: If a product is a preorder, the product description page indicates the length of time for the item to ship. If non-preorder items are purchased along with a preodered item, the order will ship complete as soon as the preorder item is ready to ship.

Farmhouse Wares is a small, family boutique, and we constantly strive to offer the best value and quality service.

Things have changed since we started in 2007. Since then, we tried to offer similar shipping rates to the big box stores, but we nearly lost our shirt in the process. Unfortunately, the carriers are giving huge discounts to big companies, and small businesses are stuck paying higher prices.

Unlike some of our competitors that charge a monthly fee for free shipping, or others that increase the price of the product, we decided to keep it simple. No gimmicks, because after all, we know our fans understand it does take labor and gas to get these sweet farmhouse wares to their new homes.  We simply base our shipping prices on the US Post Office rates. You can check out their rate chart here. Their idea of a small box is pretty darn small, so many of our items fit into their medium or large category. We’re on the East Coast, so prices can vary depending on your zone.

Shipping times may also vary. We typically ship in-stock items in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your item product description for shipping times as preorder items can take up to 15 business days. Shipping will be reflected at checkout.

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. Terms are subject to change without notice.

We regret that we cannot ship to Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes, APOs, and to international addresses.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We regret that we cannot assist with stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your package to a location that is secure and trusted. When the carrier deems the package was delivered correctly, we are unable to assist with the replacement of stolen shipments.
  • Some larger or heavier orders may cost more to ship. When this is the case, additional shipping charges may need to be applied. Our Customer Care Department will contact the customer with these charges prior to shipping.

International Shipments
We regret we cannot currently process international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tracking a Package
Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a tracking number with a link will be listed in your account information and emailed. Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking details for your package.
